End cap is cleaned, bead blasted, painted inside & out and reassembled then checked for fit and finish.

• All parts bead blasted and cleaned
• New Brush Holders (MTS exclusive product)
• End cap painted, inside and out
• New screws and washers
• New brushes
• New post to generator wire
• Brush plate screwed to end cap with new screws & lock washers
• New sealed end bearing
• brass armature shims to adjust play
